  “Tested Parker Marine with winterization of my boat last fall, and was pleased with the service. This spring I trust them to perform an awlgrip restoration on my boat (I am very fussy), and could not be pleased more. The prep took longer than predicted, but Dave stuck to his quote.   “I have tried the rest, and now have found the best. Did a test run last fall on winterizing my boat, and they past with flying colors. This year I trusted Dave Parker and his crew to Awlgrip my boat (I am very fussy) and it came out better than new. The prep took way longer than expected but Dave stuck to his original quote. Good business. Did not score big on this job, but won me as a customer, and I am recommending him to my friends. A real standup guy, with a crew that reflect his character.”

  “I would give Parker Marine 5 stars, I bought a used boat from them and they stood behind it all the way. they went over the boat 100% before I bought it, had a few problems that weren't their fault and they corrected them immediately. I will go back there for my next boat. Service is excellent there too!”

  “i had parker marine last year remove a perfectly running 2005 outboard off my old boat and rig on my new boat. when i got my boat back and put it in the water the engine ran like GARBAGE and was skipping and bogging out at low rpm's. needless to say parker coudnt fix it, said he didnt know how to fix it, and was not going to have it fixed by someone who could fix it. but dave had no problem TAKING MY MONEY AND LEAVEING ME WITH A ENGINE RUNNING LIKE GARBAGE and didnt care to make good on his unsatisfactory workmanship.the outcome of this was, while parkers crew was rigging the boat they had failed to disconnect the battery cables while doing some work under the console, shorted out the battery with the engine equiptment connected which sent a short circuit surge down the battery cables to the outboard which caused the voltage regulator and all three oxygen sensors to blow out. was told the engine was only running on half power because of a blown out voltage regulator and was skipping and boging down because of the three oxygen sensors. i know they shorted out the battery because all my fuses in my brand fuse box were all blown out when i first put the boat in the water nothing worked”
