  Never buy a boat from this company!!!!!!!

  “Special ordered an Avalon pontoon boat. Told it would be in in six weeks, it took ten weeks. Lots of excuses. Went to pick up boat, so excited, the interior was wrong, the floor was not what we ordered and there was a dent in the boat. More excuses. They would not fix the issues and they would not lower the price for the problems. Printed a refund check before we asked, said they were so sorry, and showed us the door. Ten weeks and still no boat!!! Don't' believe anything Brittany or Ted tell you. They have no idea of what customer service is.”

  Worst experience EVER!!!!!

  “Special ordered an Avalon pontoon boat. Told it would take 6 weeks, it took 10 weeks. Lots of excuses. When we went to pick up the boat, so excited, the interior was all wrong, wrong color, wrong floor. More excuses. They would not make it right. More excuses - not their fault, it was the factory. Manufacturer said not our fault. They would not fix the issues and would not offer any additional compensation. Printed us a refund check before we even asked for it, so sorry, and showed us the door. We were lied to about several issues and not treated as a customer. Don't trust anything Ted or Brittany say. ”
