“Believe me, Kenny will be one of your biggest nightmares if you try to deal with him!\nI had a deal on a boat that was ordered, soon as it was ready he wanted to sweeten his deal by 5k. I told him to keep the boat, guess what, it's a 2014 and he is still trying to sell it”

“Avoid this place at all cost. They will rip you off. I took my boat in to have the oil pan on the engine replaced and to have the engine rebuilt. I was quoted $2800 for that service. I was given another quote for $1400 where he would replace the oil pan and go over the engine, do a compression check ect.; if anything needed replaced he would let me know. I decided to go with the second option since he said my engine looked great and it didnt need that much work. He ended up only replacing the oil pan, thermostat, thermostat housing, and spark plugs on the engine. He also replaced the impeller and a seal on the outdrive. The bill came out to $2650, way more than I was quoted for that work. For that cost I would have had the engine rebuilt. I could have bought a remanufactured long block for $1500.\nAnyway, on top of all that they do lousy maintenance. The engine is leaking oil around the harmonic balancer and oil pan gasket. There is also a grinding noise coming from the outdrive that wasnt there before I took it to them. They left grinder marks where they sanded down into the metal when removing the old paint on the outdrive. I decided to take it back to have them fix the things they caused. Thats where things got even worse; first the mechanic said it wasnt leaking oil. After I pointed it out to him he came up with some excuse saying the new seals need to break in thats why they are leaking. This is complete BS, you dont need to break in an oil pan seal. He told me the grinding noise sounded like the gimbal which should be covered and I would have my boat back the following day. He would need it 3 days at the most. \nA week goes by and I havent heard from them so I decided to call and check on it. I was told they were putting the outdrive back together and they couldnt find anything wrong with it. Two days later I get a call and was told my boat was ready to be picked up. I didnt have a chance to pick it up that day and the mechanic called me the following day. He told me my boat was ready again and the bill was about $400. I asked why I was charged for a few reasons. First, he said it was the gimbal and that would be covered. Second, they caused the damage because it wasnt doing it before I took it in to them to be worked on. Third, if they couldnt find anything wrong with it why was I being billed? He told me there was something wrong with it, the shifting rod was bent and he had to replace it. I never got a call to request authorization in order for them to do extra work; they took it upon themselves to do it anyway and just charged me. If I was paying for maintenance I would have taken it to a better shop that does quality work.\n”

“As a customer, I was lied to directly from the owner. This lie was confirmed only minutes later, when I found what I was looking for.”
