“Run! don't walk away. It's the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. When I ordered a new outboard motor I was told it would take a week. A month later after all the lying and passive aggressive behavior it arrived. I will never go there again.If I could rate it zero stars I would!” -

“Will NEVER rent again from this place! We rented a pontoon. Their delivery drop-off was OVER one-hour late. No apologies. We asked them to waive the drop-off charge since we got one less hour of boating. They wouldn't. Then the next day, when they picked it up, the guy walked around the boat and checked everything as OK. Initialed every thing on their checklist himself and I signed it. Later, we check our credit card bill and we were over-charged for $100 in damages, even though everything checked out and was initialed. Again, they refused to credit us despite the spotless check-in and signature of the employee.\n\nI've read other reviews that this has happened to others, but I gave them a shot anyway. Lesson learned. RENT ELSEWHERE!” -
