  “More than four months ago I ordered some goods. Sound Boatworks shipped a part shipment after several months but did not fulfill the order for the remainder. I am still waiting. In the end they stopped responding to emails or phone calls. I have referred the matter to Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). IC3 is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C).”
