  “* Don't buy from Intercoastal Marine * - I recently purchased a used boat from Tom Hanshaw at Intercoastal. The boat is fine, but 6 weeks later I have not received the registration and title paperwork. Tom Hanshaw will not return my calls or answer my queries. I am suspicious that Intercoastal did not actually own the boat is unable to transfer title. Every call I have made to Intercoastal has been met with you have to talk to Tom, who will not answer me”
