  “Being a first time boat owner I did a ton of research before my purchase. Jay took me slowly through boating 101 and made sure i was prepared for everything. Needless to say I bought a 2004 Bayliner 192 Cuddy from them and it has been a wonderful boat for my young family. Strong motor, interior is in amazing shape. When the time comes to buy a new boat, I will be returning to Family Fun Marine”

  “Bought a Great Aquasport Dual Console. Condition was very nice. Jay gave me everything he promised. I would do business there again. I did pay a local mechanic to check out the boat after I left my down payment. Just good business. Boat was as described.”

  “My family bought a used boat from Jay and Chris in Feb 2013 and had a wonderful experience! Can't say enough good things about them:) They took the time necessary to teach us everything we needed to know about the boat. Also told us up front that they can't make a used boat new and that there are risks when you decide to buy used. That said, we are thoroughly enjoying our new boat and have had zero issues with it:)”

  “These guys were nothing but great to us. We live in Summerville SC,drove to Florida to pick up a boat they advertised on Boats.com. It was a 2001 Chris Craft 232 Sport Deck. Awesome boat. We never water tested it, took their word for it being a sound vessel, we were not disappointed. We have owned it, enjoyed it immensely and are selling it right now to get a bigger boat.It appears that we will actually break even on it after 3 years of ownership...that doesn't happen very often with boats! On top of the great boat, those guys gave me so much advice in that short time on that Sat. AM we bought the boat - I felt like the impromptu Captain course was worth a great deal on its own.

  “I would buy a boat from him again, The customer service, care, and genuine appreciation for my business. I can not speak for the above story except that you bought a used boat. No one knows when a lower unit will fail or a gauge. However a tire blowing out is your own neglect. Either the tire looked bad when you got the boat. Hence should have replaced it, or you hit something to shred the tire. Nevertheless, I have purchased and sold several boats from Jay. He always WELCOMES anyone to have a boat tested by their own mechanic before buying.
