  “If I could, I would give him 0 stars. He lied and screwed me over on a repair on my outdrive years ago. After that, I would not trust him or ever do business with him again. Others also have not faired well doing business with him. Avoid him. You have been forewarned.”

  “Norm's obtains boats from dealers that have not sold. I bought one for 11 large and they said they would go through the engine because the unit sat for 13 years. They did not go through it as promised. Got it running and I had to keep bringing it back for repairs. The last time they put it way in the back of a barn and let it set. I got it back and took it to another marine repair and had if fixed properly. They treat you great until they have to live up to their word.”

  “Norm and his wife are great people, down to earth, they treat you like a friend the first time they meet you and make everything right to make the customer feel like they are dealing with a trusted relative”
