  “Had to call 4 times to get them to perform requested maintenance. Lost work order. Incorrectly assessed problem as needing new oil pump when spark plugs needed changing. Wanted to charge $420.00 to replace oil pump that did not need changing. Charged $102.00 for 5 minutes (literally) required for invalid assessment. Forced to pay to get the boat back! COMPLETE SCAM!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!”
