  “I took my boat to Ray to have him fix three problems. They charged me $50 and did nothing but rush me back out the door. Very poor customer service, he didnt even notice that the stern drive had the wrong prop on it. He didnt even check the controller log; he just said that the alarm didnt go off for him. What a jerk! Any incident that activates the system is logged by the controller and is accessible by a Mercury MerCruiser technician for diagnostic troubleshooting.”
