  “Although a full range of services is offered at North Lake Marina, be prepared for abusive treatment by the Manager/Owner, Lori. It does not matter if you use all of their services and pay your fees on time, you will not be treated as a valued customer, you will never receive a polite or even friendly greeting, or thanks for your patronage. It is apparent that since the low moorage rates attract new clientele, she takes pride in finding tactless and mean spirited ways to treat the customers.
  After receiving treatment like that, we have found the little bit more you pay at other places is well worth it!”
