  “Their service department are con artists, in my opinion. They have had my pontoon from 6/20/10 to date is 11/1/10 and I still do not have it. One guy says the log leaks water because it came from the factory with open spots upon top of the logs; I would have to live with it! Another said no; it would take him awhile to discover how the water is entering the log! In the mean time, I have no pontoon???????????????”

  “Evidently their service department is understaffed. Had to leave my boat there about a month. While it was there the radio was stolen. Had to replace the radio-- It didn't work right I've the boat back two times to correct problems that weren't fixed right the first time. The radio still doesn't work. Their response was We've been really busy, and probably got in a hurry....”
